5, carbide steel plate drilling reasonable blade line speed should be about 30 meters per minute, the minimum should not be less than 20 meters per minute.

6, hard alloy is a high hardness material, storage and receiving process should prevent the blade bump, use process should prevent impact.

7, if there is severe vibration when cutting, it is necessary to check whether the speed is too high, and it is also necessary to check whether the clearance of the machine guide is too large, and repair and adjust if necessary.

8, in the process of drilling, if there is a dull car shutdown phenomenon, should first cut off the power supply, manual reverse slightly turn the tool, so that the blade from the chip area, and then lift the motor to remove the tool, after checking no abnormality can restart the operation.

9, wrapped in the knife body too much iron filings, can be removed with hook after the knife.
